NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing is set for November 25, 2024, beginning at 9:30 a.m. and ending at 10:00 a.m. during the Clay County Commissioners’ regular session, to be held in the Commissioners’ Courtroom, Clay County Courthouse Annex, 214 North Main Street, Henrietta, Texas, to give Clay County taxpayers an opportunity to declare their wishes regarding the proposed Subdivision Rules.
